Rules & Terms

QR Code and Entry

After purchasing a ticket, the user will receive a unique QR code at the email address provided during registration. Upon entry to the festival area, the user is required to present the QR code and an identity document (passport), based on the presentation and verification of which an entry wristband will be issued. The QR code is for single use only and is subject to verification. After the QR code is exchanged, the ticket is considered used and cannot be reused or exchanged. The festival organizer reserves the right to refuse issuing an entry wristband if the QR code is damaged, altered, already used, or fails verification.

Ticket Refund

The user has the right to request a ticket refund only if they notify the festival representative in writing no later than 15 working days before the festival date. In case of a ticket refund, the user will receive 50% of the paid amount. If the user does not notify the organizer within the specified period or applies later, the paid amount is non-refundable. The refund will be processed no later than 15 working days after the festival, using the same payment method that was used to purchase the ticket.

Festival Cancellation or Postponement

In the event of festival cancellation, the user will receive a full refund of the ticket price. In case of festival postponement, the ticket remains valid for the new date. If the user does not agree with the new date and requests a refund, the paid amount will be refunded minus the service fee and applicable VAT. The refund will be processed within the timeframe determined by the organizer, using the same payment method used for ticket purchase.

Lost Ticket

In case of loss, deletion, or transfer of the ticket (QR code) to a third party, the organizer is not obliged to restore the ticket or issue a refund. The user is responsible for the safe storage of the ticket (QR code) before and during the festival. The organizer is not responsible for cases where the ticket is used by a third party due to the user’s negligence.

Lost Wristband

In case of loss, damage, or removal of the entry wristband received at the festival, the user is prohibited from re-entering the festival area. Lost, damaged, or removed wristbands are not subject to replacement or restoration. The organizer is not obliged to issue a new wristband or provide a refund in such cases. The user is required to keep the wristband intact throughout the festival.

Technical Issues

In the event of technical issues, the organizer is obliged to take reasonable measures to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, including issues related to QR code scanning, electronic systems, or internet connectivity. Technical disruptions do not automatically constitute grounds for ticket cancellation or refund, except in cases where the technical issue completely prevents the user from attending the festival due to the organizer’s fault. The organizer is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party systems, including payment platforms, telecom operators, or internet providers.

All important updates, changes, and announcements related to the festival (including program, artists, schedule, rules, and other information) will be published on the official festival website and/or official social media channels. The user is obliged to regularly review the information published through these sources. The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the festival program and rules without prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.

For any questions, issues, or additional information, the user may contact the organizer via email at tbilisistyle@gmail.com or through the festival’s official social media channels.
